Edge Effects

Edge Effects

Everyone should not take their surroundings for granted. When you look at a landscape there is more to see then what you think. All you have to do is to open your eyes. Look up, down, behind you, far away from you,  up close to you, to your right, to your left, from a Birdseye view, and even under your feet. As you walk or drive around the UWF campus have you noticed there are no overhead lines. This observation allows you to draw the conclusion that all the utilities are underground. Makes for a lot of less visual noise and more pleasant surroundings. If you look at a landscape comparing the different time of year, you notice there is a stark contrast in the landscape during the different seasons. Even historical maps can tell a new story about the landscape. Another thing to observe is all the different geometric shapes. You will be amazed at what you can actually see when you take your filter off.
